At Mountain Valley Ameraucanas, we believe that we should treat people the way we want to be treated. We decided when we started MVA that we would be honest with people and do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do. We always have great communication with our customers. We answer questions when asked and always stand behind our birds. We believe that the customer is not responsible for shipped chicks until the post office calls them to say their chicks have arrived . In the event of problems during shipping we always try to make things right.
